REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At SHWERAZON, we aim to provide quality products and services. Since our website may include standard, customized, printed, living and made-to-order products, return and refund eligibility may vary.
1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Significantly different from the confirmed order
please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photographs/videos
- Description of the issue
- Customer name and contact details
After verification, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
2. Customized Products
Customized products may include:
- Personalized bottles
- T-shirts
- Corporate gifts
- Printed merchandise
- Customized stickers
- Customized décor
- Personalized gifts
- Custom printing
Such products are generally not eligible for return or cancellation once production has started, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly produced by Shwerazon.
3. Printing Orders
Refunds or replacements may not be available for customer-approved artwork or information, including:
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect names
- Incorrect logos
- Incorrect photographs
- Incorrect artwork
- Customer-approved colours
- Customer-approved designs
Where an error is caused by Shwerazon, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution may be offered.
4. Plants and Live Products
Plants are living products and naturally vary in appearance.
Normal variations such as minor leaf shedding, slight colour variation, growth differences or seasonal changes may not qualify for a return or refund.
If a plant arrives severely damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs/videos.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the following may generally be non-returnable:
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Printed products
- Made-to-order products
- Certain live plants
- Products specially procured for a customer
- Products altered or damaged after delivery
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered if the order has not entered production or dispatch.
For customized, printed, corporate, bulk or event orders, cancellation eligibility will depend on the stage of production/service and costs already incurred.
7. Event and Service Cancellation
For event décor, corporate events, printing, gifting and other services, cancellation terms may depend on:
- Cancellation date
- Advance payment
- Materials purchased
- Production already completed
- Vendor bookings
- Transportation
- Manpower
- Venue arrangements
- Other committed expenses
Specific cancellation terms may be included in the quotation or service agreement.
8. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, payment gateway or financial institution.
9. Exchange
Where an exchange is approved, the replacement will be subject to product availability.
Any applicable price difference may be payable or refundable.
10. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where:
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
- An incorrect delivery address was provided.
- The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- A customized product was produced according to approved specifications.
- A customer changes their mind after customized production begins.
- The issue is a normal characteristic of a living/natural product.
- The product has been used, altered or damaged by the customer.
