4. Plant Products

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate plant care after delivery, including suitable light, watering, temperature and placement.
5. Customized Products
For customized products, the customer is responsible for providing correct:
- Names
- Text
- Logos
- Photographs
- Artwork
- Designs
- Sizes
- Colours
- Other customization details
Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Customized products may not be returnable unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly produced by Shwerazon.
6. Printing Services
Customers providing artwork, photographs, logos or designs for printing confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use such content.
Shwerazon shall not be responsible for copyright, trademark or intellectual-property disputes arising from customer-supplied material.
Colour variations between a digital preview and the final printed product may occur.
7. Orders
An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and/or order confirmation by Shwerazon.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable.
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
- The customer has provided incomplete or incorrect information.
- The order appears fraudulent.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, an eligible refund will be processed.
8. Prices and Payments
Product and service prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, customization charges, installation charges or other applicable charges may be additional where specified.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
9. Corporate, Bulk and Event Orders
Corporate gifting, bulk printing, event décor and event-management orders may require:

- Design approval
- Artwork approval
- Minimum order quantities
- Separate delivery schedules
